Mr Andrea Stagno d’Alcontres has been appointed to the Board in May 2024. He is the Head of Special Projects at Angelini Industries, a multi-industry family-owned business generating approximately €2bn revenue across 100+ countries. Prior to joining Angelini Industries, Mr Andrea Stagno d’Alcontres has spent 13 years in the investment banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he successfully announced and completed approximately $150bn in M&A transactions. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Msc in Finance at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.”
