The following is a Company Announcement issued by Trident Estates p.l.c. (the “Company”) pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.
Demise of Director
With deep regret, the Company announces the passing away of Mr Vincent Curmi, on 12th December 2023. Mr Curmi has been a Director of the Company since its incorporation in 2000 and held the post of Vice Chairman since October 2017.
He was also appointed to the Board of Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c., between 1978 and 2015 whereby he also occupied the post of Vice Chairman between 2003 and 2015.
