A Year of Growth, Recognition, and Strategic Forward Planning

The year under review has seen continuing interest in Trident Park, leading to a further increase in occupancy levels. This momentum, coupled with changes in tenancies across other properties, has resulted in higher rental incomes. Revenues for the year amounted to €4.2 million, an impressive 79% increase compared to the turnover in 2023.

Trident Park to welcome tenants by June 2021

Mr Farrugia informed shareholders that, provided there is no further deterioration of the current situation in so far as the availability of labour, raw material and equipment delivery dates as a result of COVID-19, it is envisaged that Trident Park will welcome its first tenants by June 2021.

19th Annual General Meeting held

Trident Estates plc held its 19th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25th June 2019, during which all the resolutions on the agenda were approved.

Trident holds first AGM post Spin-Off

Trident Estates plc held its 18th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 27 June 2018. The Directors reported on the Group’s performance for the financial year ended 31st January 2018 during which, the Company was spun off from the Farsons Group and its shares were listed on The Malta Stock Exchange. Turnover for the Group increased to €796,000 representing a growth of over 9% over the previous year. Profit before taxation reached €437,000 inclusive of fair value gains on the property portfolio that amounted to €165,000.

Trident Estates plc listed on the Malta Stock Exchange

Thirty million ordinary shares of Trident Estates plc (“Trident”) at a nominal value of €1 were admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on Tuesday 30 January 2018. The shares were distributed as dividends by Simonds Farsons Cisk plc (“Farsons”) to its shareholders. Each shareholder in Farsons was entitled to receive one share in Trident for each Farsons share held by that shareholder and no payment was due by the shareholder.
