The following is a Company Announcement issued by Trident Estates plc (the “Company”) pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Rights issue by the Company of approximately €15,000,000 worth of new ordinary shares (the “Rights Issue”)

The Company is pleased to announce that 12,000,003 new ordinary shares having a nominal value of €1 were admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on the 11 November 2019, and trading is expected to commence on 12 November 2019.
