(the “Company”) pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Board Meeting to approve Annual Report – Financial Year ended 31 January 2026

The Board of Directors of Trident Estates p.l.c. shall be meeting on 28 May 2026 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31 January 2026, and to consider the declaration, or otherwise, of a final dividend to be recommended to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
