The Company announces that it has received notification in terms of Listing Rule 5.176 from Farrugia Investments Limited (Company Registration Number: C 25921) giving notice of the decrease from 26.50% to 24.79% in voting rights attached to shares in the Company following the reduction in its holding of ordinary shares in the Company from 7,948,862 to 7,436,414.
The Company also announces that it has received notification in terms of Listing Rule 5.176 from Sciclunas Estates Limited (Company Registration Number: C 1988) giving notice of the decrease from 26.32% to 24.89% in voting rights attached to shares in the Company following the reduction in its holding of ordinary shares in the Company from 7,896,164 to 7,466,778.
