Appointed to the Board on 07 September 2017. Prof Avv Stagno d’Alcontres lectures Commercial Law at the Faculty of Laws of the University of Palermo. He was a member of the Commissione Vietti entrusted with recommending reforms to Italian Company Law and has edited a number of journals specialised in commercial law and banking. Over the years he was engaged with companies operating within the banking and other sectors both through his various directorships and through his appointment to Boards of Management.
