The following is a Company Announcement issued by Trident Estates p.l.c. Resignation and Appointment of Director
The Company announces that Prof. Avv. Alberto Stagno d’Alcontres resigned from the Board ofDirectors of the Company with effect from 23rd May 2024. The Board of Directors would like to thank him for his service. There are no matters concerning the resignation of Prof. Avv. Alberto Stagno d’Alcontres that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
The Company further announces that in terms of Article 96 of the Articles of Association of theCompany, Mr Andrea Stagno d’Alcontres is appointed as non-executive director in his stead, with effect from the same date.
Mr Andrea Stagno d’Alcontres is the Head of Special Projects at Angelini Industries, a multi-industry family-owned business generating approximately €2bn revenue across 100+ countries. Prior to joining Angelini Industries, Mr Andrea Stagno d’Alcontres has spent 13 years in the investment banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he successfully announced and completed approximately $150bn in M&A transactions. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Msc in Finance at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
